Led an enterprise-wide KPI-to-OKR transformation across a 1,500-person organization at Delivery Hero — improving strategic alignment, decision-making cadence, and cross-functional accountability.
Partnered with founders as Chief of Staff at qeen, an agentic AI platform, to close a $10M funding round — coordinating legal, finance, governance, and investor relations workstreams end to end.

About
I've sat in the founder's chair, the executive's office, and the classroom. I know what each stage of an organization feels like from the inside — and what it takes to move through it.
Over 15 years, across five countries, I've co-founded institutions, led fundraising rounds, built AI automation systems, designed learning programmes, and coached leaders navigating some of the hardest moments in their careers.
I started ALHINKA because I believe the best kind of help isn't consulting from the outside — it's thinking and building from the inside, with the people who are doing the work.
I'm based in Dubai. I work globally.
